Collections Database Management

We provide services to thoroughly inventory personal property through a secure cloud-based collections management system.  We create databases tailored to the needs of each client that includes detailed object descriptions, digital images, current location, and the ability to generate custom reports. The database also enables clients to easily keep track of all financial information for the collection, with documentation uploaded into the database, including invoices, insurance policies, conservation assessments, and appraisal reports.
